The neighborhood is limited to 34 lots on 65 acres which is gated and family owned. The other houses in the neighborhood are owned by the developer. The developer is making sure that the neighborhood is built to help keep the value of their home and other homes. I am not leaving the neighborhood. When I sell this house I will build another one on another lot. We love the location but need to downsize.

This house was built as a modelhome for the neighborhood. There was no expense spared, the HVAC system is high efficiency and there is a tank-less hot water heater. The house is very efficient on levelized billing when I keep the thermostat on 70 year round the power is $190 and the gas and water is $120. The location is very convenient to the interstate and the city of Trussville, along with the country feeling of not being inside the city.
