These are the Major Steps
We have put together a group of great packages to give our customers a range of options from which to choose. Because our professional photography is included in the Premier and Premier+MLS packages, these two are by far the most popular. Once you have compared the packages and have decided which one fits your needs, press the appropriate “Start Now” button, and you will be taken to the registration page.

We have created what we call our “Listing Wizard” that gives you a step by step guide for providing information that potential buyers find helpful. Here you will provide details regarding the interior and exterior features of your home, the neighborhood information, schools, and more, all in a user-friendly layout. You can provide as little or as much information as you wish. Often, customers that choose the Premier or Premier+MLS provide the bare minimum in order to expedite the scheduling of the photo shoot, and return with more details once the photos have been uploaded.
Once you have completed the Listing Wizard, you will checkout. In doing so, your listing is published to the site, it releases your sign order, and prompts us to schedule your photo shoot. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
If you select the Premier or Premier+MLS package, once you have checked out, we will promptly contact you to schedule your photo shoot. It is important for your home to be show-ready for the photo shoot. This includes having all light bulbs working, yard mowed, and house generally de-cluttered. Backlog, weather, and the direction your home faces play important roles in scheduling your photo shoot. In most circumstances, the photo shoot can be scheduled within a few days of checkout, and the photos will be edited and uploaded within 24-48 hours of the shoot.
If you choose the Premier+MLS package, you will also need to fill out additional MLS-specific paperwork. Once you check out, the MLS paperwork will be sent you separately by ListedItMyself.com Real Estate Group. Once that paperwork is completed, it will be entered into the MLS. Once the final proof is approved, it will go live on the MLS. This whole process typically takes a week or less.
If you need to make changes to your listing, simply login, and press the “My Properties List” button from your dashboard, and press the “edit” icon below your listing summary. Please remember…if you must make changes to your MLS listing, you must do that through the ListedItMyself.com Real Estate Group broker. Our site does not directly change the MLS listing.
